SALON POLICIES
Due to our limited openings, we request a 24 hour advance notice in the event of cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. This allows us enough time to fill the team member's opening and allow the booking of another client who may be waiting for an appointment. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment will be responsible for a 50% charge of the initial appointment value.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take clients that are more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment. No-shows and late appointments will be responsible for 100% of the value of the scheduled services missed. Please note that payment for a missed appointment will need to be made before you are able to reschedule another appointment.

For new color clients or appointments that require two or more hours, a credit card will need to be put on file to hold the appointment and/or deposit.
